How to turn on scan notifications so the user will be notified when new documents have been scanned to the selected folders.
Open Nuance Power PDF and get to the settings.
Click on “Automation” then click “Server Connections”
Check the “Enable Notifications” box then switch the ticked box from automatic to manual.
Enter the pathway to the user’s folder in the U: drive.
It will look something like \\CTS-FS-03\U:\<Name of User>
Check the “Enable Quick Connections Notifications” box then add the folder from the U: drive and the scans folder in the S: drive.
The ecopy inbox file path will look like \\CTS-FS-03\ecopyinboxes\<Name of User> or S:\<Name of User>
Click “Okay”.
