If you receive the following error message when accessing the CTS OnBase Web application, you will need to allow pop-ups and redirection.

Method One (Allow from Address Bar):

1. Click the pop-up blocked icon in the web’s browser tab
2. Click “Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://onbase.ctscement.com”
3. Click Done
   
   

 Method Two (Add from browser settings):

1. Enter the URL into your browser:
   1. For Edge: edge://settings/content/popups
   2. For Chrome: chrome://settings/content/popups
2. Add the following URL to the Allow section:
   1. https://onbase.ctscement.com:443
3. When complete your pop-ups and redirects should have the correct entry
